Sorted by the published price, smallest first. These are the prices for paying month by month, as published: we did not convert currencies or add taxes. Most of these companies, Cedri included, charge less if you pay for a year.

How to read these prices

Minutes are not calls

Eight of these plans count minutes, four count calls, one has no limit and one does not say. A long call uses more minutes, but it is still one call. Think about how long your own calls run before you compare.

When the minutes run out

Smith.ai charges $3.00 for each call past 25. Voxara, Ask Benny, ATOM Assistant and Gavion bill extra minutes at the plan’s rate. Polaris Voice says it never cuts off your calls and bills extra minutes at the plan’s rate. Dialbox says it alerts you as you near the plan’s calls, with a small buffer for short spikes. Zenvox says you can add calls at any time. Jodie has no limit. The pages of Noémie and VeraDial do not say. Cedri keeps answering past 30 calls, and you buy packs when you choose.

Not every entry plan books appointments

On three of these pages, booking starts on a higher plan: $199 a month at Jodie, the Pro plan at Noémie and US$29.99 a month at VeraDial. The pricing page of Gavion does not say. The other entry plans, Cedri’s included, list booking or calendar sync.

Three prices are in U.S. dollars

AI-Receptionist.com and Smith.ai show their prices with no currency, and the price data on their pages says U.S. dollars. VeraDial’s page shows U.S. dollars. Every other price here is in Canadian dollars. We did not convert anything.
