Everything you need to set up your AI receptionist, manage calls and bookings, and keep your account running smoothly. Most answers are a quick read away — and a real person is one email away if you're stuck.

Getting started

Going live takes about five minutes and follows five steps: Scan, Customize, Launch, Pay, and Live. You paste your website, Cedri reads it to set up your services, hours, and FAQs, you pick or keep a Canadian phone number, choose a plan, and your AI receptionist starts answering calls.

Paste your website to scan it

Cedri reads your site and drafts your services, business hours, and FAQ answers automatically. You review and edit everything before going live.

Pick or keep a phone number

Get a new Canadian number in any area code, or keep your existing number and forward calls to Cedri.

Choose a plan and pay

Starter is $29/mo and Pro is $63/mo on the annual plan. There's no free trial, and you can cancel anytime.

Test it by calling your number

Once you're live, call your new number yourself to hear your AI agent answer and book a sample appointment.

Calls & bookings

Every call your AI agent takes shows up in your dashboard with a full transcript, and bookings are created automatically with an SMS confirmation to the caller. From the Bookings tab you can also manage appointments yourself — create, edit, reschedule, and update their status.

Transcripts are included on every plan in the Calls tab. Call recordings are available on Pro.

In Bookings you can create, edit, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, and mark it completed or no-show.

Your AI agent can reschedule or cancel an existing appointment over the phone, no dashboard needed from the caller.

The Analytics tab on Pro shows trends across your calls and bookings over time.

Your AI agent

Your AI agent learns your business from your website and answers in English or French automatically, based on how the caller speaks. You're in full control of its name, voice, instructions, services, and hours from Settings, and it warm-transfers to a human whenever a call needs one.

Edit its prompt, name, and voice

Go to Settings → AI Agent to change how your agent introduces itself, what it says, and how it sounds.

Keep its knowledge current

Update your services and hours in Settings, or re-scan your website so the agent reflects any changes.

Set a transfer number

Add a transfer number in Settings so the agent can warm-transfer a caller to a real person when needed.

Bilingual by default

The agent detects English or French on each call and replies in the caller's language — no setup required.

Phone numbers

You can start fresh with a brand-new Canadian number, or keep the number your customers already know and simply forward calls to Cedri. Either way, you manage everything in one place under Settings → Phone.

Get a new Canadian number

Choose a number in any Canadian area code during onboarding or later from Settings → Phone.

Keep your existing number

Forward your current business line to Cedri so your AI agent answers without changing what's printed on your cards.

Manage it all in Settings

View and update your number any time under Settings → Phone.

Billing & plans

Cedri is a flat monthly price with no per-minute charges. Each plan includes a set number of calls, and if you go over, you can buy call credits to keep answering. There's no long-term contract — you can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.

Pick Starter or Pro

Starter is $29/mo and Pro is $63/mo on the annual plan. Pro adds call recordings and Analytics.

Buy credits if you go over

Each plan has a monthly call limit. If you exceed it, top up with call credits so calls keep getting answered.

Cancel anytime

Cancel from Settings → Billing with no long-term contract. Note that payments are non-refundable.

Privacy & your data

Your data stays in Canada and stays yours. Cedri is hosted in Canadian data centres (ca-central-1), we never train AI on your data, and you can export everything or delete your account whenever you choose. Account deletion has a 30-day grace period you can undo from inside the app.

Export all your data

Download a full copy of your account data any time from Settings → General.

Delete with a safety net

Deleting your account starts a 30-day grace period, and you can undo it in-app before it finalizes.

Canadian data residency

Your data is stored in Canada (ca-central-1) and is never used to train AI models.

Invite your team

Add teammates as owner, admin, or staff from Settings → Team to share access safely.
