You can delete your Cedri account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent — we cannot recover an account once the grace period has passed.

From the Cedri app

Open the Cedri app and sign in.
Go to the Settings tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
Confirm twice. Your AI receptionist stops answering calls right away.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you: support@cedri.ca

What gets deleted

Your account, profile and business details
Your AI receptionist and its configuration, greeting, services and FAQs
All call logs, recordings, transcripts and summaries
All bookings and customer contact details
Your Cedri phone number is released back to the carrier

What is kept, and for how long

Grace period: your data is held for 30 days so you can change your mind. Email support@cedri.ca within that window to restore the account.
After 30 days: everything above is permanently erased from our production systems.
Billing records: invoices and payment records are retained for up to 7 years where Canadian tax law requires it. These contain no call content.
Backups: encrypted backups are rotated out within 90 days.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play — those are managed by the store, not by us. Cancel it in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings, or you will keep being billed.
