Most calls to a gym open with a price question, and Cedri works from your own service list: a class or a training session you have priced gets that number read back, and anything you have left unpriced gets the booking instead. What it does the rest of the time is book: a first visit, a fitness assessment, a group class or a session with a trainer, against your real schedule. Trial offers change, memberships change, and both are yours to explain in person. This template has no qualifying questions to ask, so its whole job on the phone is to get a name into a time slot.
Trial offers are never promised
The seeded answer says what is available right now is the team’s to say, then offers a first visit. It never states that a trial exists.
Three bookable things, not one enquiry
