What Cedri asks a caller before booking
A booking is only worth having when it arrives with the details. On every tax or bookkeeping call, Cedri asks callers whether it's for a personal or a business matter, then notes the type of service (e.g. tax return, bookkeeping). All of it lands on the booking you see in the app.
Personal or business, then the deadline question
Two questions sort an accounting line: is this a personal or a business matter, and which service is it, a return or bookkeeping. Both are on the booking before you open it. The one date the template does state is the filing deadline, April 30 for personal returns and June 15 for the self-employed, because those are the CRA’s dates and not a claim about your practice. Amounts it reads back come from your own service list. A caller who asks about anything else is booked a consultation and told the office confirms pricing.

A return and a bookkeeping call are different bookings
Personal return, business return and a bookkeeping consultation are three separate services, so the calendar entry already says which one arrived.
