What Cedri asks a caller before booking
A booking is only worth having when it arrives with the details. On every painting call, Cedri asks callers for the property address, checks whether it's interior or exterior, then notes the approximate scope (rooms or area). All of it lands on the booking you see in the app.
Interior or exterior, and how much of it
Two painting calls can use the same words and be completely different jobs, so the template asks which it is and roughly how much: how many rooms, or what area outside. With the address, that is a call you can price without a site visit on the small ones. A caller with a brand or a finish in mind says so and it goes on the booking, where it belongs, rather than being settled the morning the crew arrives.
The timeline comes with the quote
How long a job takes depends on the space and the prep, so the template leaves that to the quote instead of guessing on the phone.
Paint choices are confirmed in writing
Cedri notes a preferred brand or finish and passes it along. What actually gets used is agreed with you on the quote.
