Legal Services

AI receptionist for law firms in Canada. Answer every call, book every job.

Cedri is Canada's Bilingual AI Receptionist. It answers your law firm phone 24 hours a day in English and French, and books Initial Consultation, Document Review and Notarization straight into your calendar while the caller is still on the line. Before it offers a time, Cedri asks callers for the type of legal matter, then checks whether it's time-sensitive. You get a text with the details. One plan, $18.99 CAD a month.

What Cedri does on a legal call

The Legal Services template starts with Initial Consultation, Document Review and Notarization already set up as bookable services, so Cedri can take a real booking on the very first call. Add, rename or remove services in the app whenever you like.

Answers in English and French

Callers are answered in the language they speak, on the same line, with no menu to press through.

Books the job, not a message

Cedri reads your live availability and locks in a real slot before the caller hangs up.

Asks what your team needs to know

Before it offers a time, Cedri gathers the details a legal call needs, so the booking arrives ready to schedule instead of as a name and a number.

Texts you and the caller

A confirmation text goes out to both of you the moment a booking is made.

What Cedri asks a caller before booking

A booking is only worth having when it arrives with the details. On every legal call, Cedri asks callers for the type of legal matter, then checks whether it's time-sensitive. All of it lands on the booking you see in the app.

The matter type, and whether the clock is running

A law office needs two things from a first call and the template asks for exactly those: what kind of matter it is, and whether it is time-sensitive. A caller facing a deadline says so, in their own words, and that answer is in the call record the office reads afterwards. Which areas of law you practise is passed along for you to confirm, an initial consultation, a document review and a notarization are each bookable, and any fee it reads back comes from your own service list.

No legal answer, ever

Cedri notes the type of matter and books time with you. It does not tell a caller where they stand or what they should do next.

Consultation fees are the office’s to state

Asked whether a first consultation is free, the template books the consultation and says the office confirms the fee.

What callers ask, and what Cedri says

Here is some of what the Legal Services template answers from the very first call, in Cedri's own words. Every answer is written so Cedri never states something about your business it cannot know, such as licensing, pricing or warranty terms. Edit any of them in the app.

Do you offer free consultations?

Consultation fees depend on the type of matter. The office confirms them when you book. I can set up an initial consultation for you.

What areas of law do you practice?

Tell me the type of matter you need help with and I’ll pass it along so the office can confirm it’s something they handle.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

Availability varies. Tell me if it’s time-sensitive and I’ll flag it so the office can get back to you as soon as possible.
