Veterinary
AI receptionist for veterinarians in Canada. Answer every call, book every job.
Cedri is Canada's Bilingual AI Receptionist. It answers your veterinary clinic phone 24 hours a day in English and French, and books Wellness Exam, Vaccination and Emergency Visit straight into your calendar while the caller is still on the line. Before it offers a time, Cedri asks callers for the pet's name and type/breed as well as the reason for the visit, then checks whether they're a new or returning client. You get a text with the details. One plan, $18.99 CAD a month.
Choose your business details, voice, primary language and available Canadian number before payment. Save your setup and come back to edit it whenever you need.
Already started? Return to your saved setupWhat Cedri does on a veterinary call
The Veterinary template starts with Wellness Exam, Vaccination and Emergency Visit already set up as bookable services, so Cedri can take a real booking on the very first call. Add, rename or remove services in the app whenever you like.
Answers in English and French
Callers are answered in the language they speak, on the same line, with no menu to press through.
Books the job, not a message
Cedri reads your live availability and locks in a real slot before the caller hangs up.
Asks what your team needs to know
Before it offers a time, Cedri gathers the details a veterinary call needs, so the booking arrives ready to schedule instead of as a name and a number.
Texts you and the caller
A confirmation text goes out to both of you the moment a booking is made.
What Cedri asks a caller before booking
A booking is only worth having when it arrives with the details. On every veterinary call, Cedri asks callers for the pet's name and type/breed as well as the reason for the visit, then checks whether they're a new or returning client. All of it lands on the booking you see in the app.
The animal, named on the booking
Cedri asks for the pet’s name and type or breed before anything else, so the booking your team reads names the animal and not only the person holding the phone. The reason for the visit comes next, in the caller’s own words, and whether they are new to your clinic after that. An owner whose pet is in distress says so and their description goes on the booking as they said it, and the template says plainly that after-hours care is yours to confirm and that an emergency animal hospital is the safer option when nobody can see them.
Which animals you see is your answer
Asked whether you treat a particular kind of pet, Cedri passes the question to the clinic to confirm instead of answering for you.
Described by the owner, never assessed
Cedri puts the owner’s description of the animal on the booking. It does not decide how serious anything is.
What callers ask, and what Cedri says
Here is some of what the Veterinary template answers from the very first call, in Cedri's own words. Every answer is written so Cedri never states something about your business it cannot know, such as licensing, pricing or warranty terms. Edit any of them in the app.
What animals do you treat?
Tell me what kind of pet you have and I’ll pass it along so the clinic can confirm they see them.
Do you handle emergencies?
If your pet is in distress, tell me and I’ll flag it as urgent. After-hours care is confirmed by the clinic. If no one can see you right away, an emergency animal hospital near you is the safest option.
